Sawmill Market offers 40,000 sq ft of art, design, and culinary innovation, with boutique owner-operated restaurants, cocktail bars, farm-to-table pantries, tap rooms, test kitchen, pop-up shops and demo kitchens.
Designer role included managing and purchasing styling items pre-trip, setting up detailed spreadsheet, on-site 14 day styling trip, organizing daily schedule for team, coordination with local merchants and artisians, transporting items, and budget communication with the client.
